Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping We ship orders from both our USA and China warehouses

Delivery Time • Shipping from USA Warehouse may take delivery time 1–5 business days. • Shipping from China Warehouse may take delivery time 3–15 days.

Domestic Shipping (USA) We ship to the contiguous 48 US states. Please note we do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ezkitchenway@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
